Cheesy Taco Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 small tortillas, 6 inches wide.
02 - 1 pound minced beef.
03 - A packet of taco spice blend.
04 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
05 - 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
06 - 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature.
07 - 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.
08 - Optional add-ons: salsa, green onions, sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the minced beef in a pan, then drain off the fat.
02 - Sprinkle on the taco spice mix as directed on the pack.
03 - Whisk the cream cheese till it’s fluffy, then stir in the salsa.
04 - Put the meat and cheese mixture in the middle of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar, and fold them up.
05 - Line them up on a greased tray, butter them, and bake at 350°F for 15 mins.
06 - Top with extras like green onions, sour cream, or more salsa to your liking.
