In a pan on medium, cook sausage and onion. Remove grease before using.

Put the sausage, RoTel (with its juice), cream cheese, and Velveeta into a slow cooker.

Set the slow cooker to LOW for 2 hours. Stir once or twice as it melts.

Switch to WARM setting and pair with tortilla chips to enjoy.
