Cheesy Sausage Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup diced onion.
02 - 16 oz ground Italian sausage.
03 - 20 oz RoTel (don’t drain).
04 - 8 oz cubed cream cheese.
05 - 16 oz cubed Velveeta cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan on medium, cook sausage and onion. Remove grease before using.
02 - Put the sausage, RoTel (with its juice), cream cheese, and Velveeta into a slow cooker.
03 - Set the slow cooker to LOW for 2 hours. Stir once or twice as it melts.
04 - Switch to WARM setting and pair with tortilla chips to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Works on stovetop too.
02 - Include extras like beans or corn if you’d like.
03 - Keep it on WARM while eating.
