Cheese Bread Philly Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
02 - 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
03 - 115g of mushrooms, sliced

→ Meat

04 - 450g thinly sliced ribeye steak

→ Bread and Cheese

05 - One French loaf, split lengthwise
06 - 10-12 slices of provolone cheese

→ Sauces and Condiments

07 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
08 - A quarter cup of mayo
09 - Salt and ground black pepper

→ Cooking Oils and Fats

10 - 2 tablespoons of butter
11 - 1 tablespoon of canola oil

# Let's Cook:

01 - Heat the oven to 200°C. Shake some salt and pepper on the steak.
02 - Crank the heat to medium-high on a cast-iron skillet, then sear the steak for 2 minutes per side using the oil. Pour over the Worcestershire sauce, stir, and set aside.
03 - Melt the butter in the same pan. Toss in the bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions with a pinch of seasoning, then stir-fry them for 2 minutes.
04 - Spread mayo on the bread, lay down layers of cheese, steak, and veggies, then top it all off with the rest of the cheese.
05 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the bread gets crisp and golden brown.
