Fire up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay some parchment paper on a baking tray so things don't stick.

Carefully open up the crescent roll tube (don't let the pop surprise you!) and separate the dough into triangles.

Place four pepperoni slices at the wider part of each triangle. This is the base of all the flavor!

Pop a half stick of mozzarella on top of your pepperoni stack. This will melt into a gooey center.

Start from the wide end and roll it up tightly. Make sure to secure the sides to stop any cheese from oozing out.

If you're feeling fancy, sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the rolls.

Put them in the heated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until they're perfectly golden and crispy.
