Cheesy Meatloaf Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat mix

01 - 1/2 pound of ground pork
02 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs
03 - 1 pound of ground beef
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/2 cup of milk
06 - Finely chopped small onion

→ Flavoring

07 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
08 - 2 teaspoons of salt
09 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper

→ Covering

11 - 2 cups of mashed potatoes
12 - 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
13 - 1/2 cup of crumbled cooked bacon
14 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with grease.
02 - In a big bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and all seasonings. Be careful not to mix it too much.
03 - Evenly spread the mixed meat across the prepared dish, smoothing it out to make a flat layer.
04 - Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top of the meat mixture. Sprinkle it with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
05 - Bake it for 35-40 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and the meat is fully cooked. Give it 10 minutes to cool before serving.
