Cheesy Corn Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packets (12 oz each) frozen corn.
02 - 1 cup cooked bacon crumbles or 4 rashers, chopped.
03 - 2 tablespoons butter.
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning.
05 - 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, diced.
06 - 2 cups shredded cheese, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 350°.
02 - Warm butter in a large skillet or pan.
03 - Sauté frozen corn on medium for about 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
04 - Stir in cream cheese chunks until it’s melted and smooth.
05 - Toss in the ranch mix and bacon bits. Blend everything thoroughly.
06 - Take it off the burner and fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
07 - Spoon everything into your baking dish.
08 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the mixture.
09 - Pop it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.

01 - Great to prepare ahead of time.
02 - Spice it up with jalapeños if you’re into heat.
03 - Leftovers reheat really well.
