Cheesy Garlic Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g of pizza dough.
02 - 200g of mozzarella, diced.
03 - 50g of melted butter.
04 - Three cloves of minced garlic.
05 - Two tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley.
06 - 50g of grated parmesan cheese.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 200°C (about 390°F).
02 - Cut the dough into 20 even pieces and roll each into a ball.
03 - Flatten each ball and put mozzarella in the middle. Seal it up so it stays closed.
04 - Melt the butter, toss in the garlic, and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the parsley after.
05 - Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray, brush them with garlic butter, and sprinkle parmesan, salt, and pepper on top.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese inside is gooey and the outside is golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Best served with marinara sauce on the side.
02 - Feel free to experiment using different veggies or herbs.
