Heat your oven to 200°C (about 390°F).

Cut the dough into 20 even pieces and roll each into a ball.

Flatten each ball and put mozzarella in the middle. Seal it up so it stays closed.

Melt the butter, toss in the garlic, and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the parsley after.

Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray, brush them with garlic butter, and sprinkle parmesan, salt, and pepper on top.
