Cheesy Crab Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of crab meat, dried and drained.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce (optional).
03 - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
04 - 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 2 tablespoons of chopped chives.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Old Bay flavoring.
07 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
08 - 1/4 cup of sour cream.
09 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F (177°C).
02 - Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay until smooth.
03 - Add in the cheddar, chives, and optional hot sauce. Taste it and tweak the flavors if needed.
04 - Carefully mix in the crab meat, leaving some lumps intact.
05 - Place everything into a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until it's bubbling hot.
