Cheesy Garlic Bread Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces of garlic toast

→ Filling

02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, finely grated
03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
04 - 1 cup chicken, cooked and pulled apart

→ Spread

05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 1/4 cup mayo
07 - A pinch of salt and black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Grab one slice of garlic toast, spread a layer of the chicken mix on it, and sprinkle on the mozzarella and Parmesan.
02 - Stack the second slice of garlic toast on top, then gently cook it on medium heat in a pan. Let each side turn golden and the cheese ooze out, flipping in about 4-5 minutes.
03 - Stir together the shredded chicken, mayo, and Dijon in a bowl. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to bring out the flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Using homemade or store-bought garlic toast makes no difference.
02 - Chop up parsley or basil to give it some fresh herb perfume.
03 - Try mixing in chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce if you like it spicy.
