Cheesy Broccoli Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crushed chips (like potato crisps).
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick).
03 - 1 cup + 1/2 cup fast-cooking white rice.
04 - 4 cups of chopped fresh broccoli florets.
05 - 1 medium onion, diced.
06 - 1/2 cup milk.
07 - 8 oz of Velveeta cheese, split in half.
08 - A 10.5 oz can of chicken-flavored cream soup.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Get the rice ready by following the directions on the box.
02 - Stir the cooked rice into the mix, then spread it evenly in a greased 8x8 pan.
03 - Add milk, soup, and half the cheese to the pan. Stir until smooth and the cheese is melted.
04 - Sauté the butter, onion, and broccoli in a pan until the onion looks translucent.
05 - Scatter the chips and the leftover cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

01 - If you’ve got frozen broccoli, that works too.
