Set oven to 350°F and let it warm up.

Shred all the cheeses. Divide into two portions.

Boil noodles in salty water till chewy. Drain well.

Combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in one bowl.

Heat butter in a pan. Toss in half the spice mix.

Mix in flour and stir for 2 minutes until bubbly.

Pour in creamy milk a little at a time, stirring constantly. Once it bubbles, add cream, the rest of the spices, plus mustard. Mix till it thickens.

Toss in half the cheese slowly and stir until it melts.

Stir the pasta into the cheese sauce till it's all coated.

Spread half the pasta mixture into a 9x13 pan. Add a layer of cheese. Then pour in the rest of the pasta. Top it all with the rest of the cheese.

Cook for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes to brown the top.
