Cheesy Bites Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound curly noodles.
02 - 1 pound mozzarella blocks.
03 - 1 pound Colby Jack chunks.
04 - 8 oz sharp cheddar shreds.
05 - 1/2 spoon ground black pepper.
06 - 1 spoon smoky paprika powder.
07 - 1 spoon table salt.
08 - 3 big spoons of butter.
09 - 1 spoon garlic seasoning.
10 - 3 big spoons of plain flour.
11 - 2 cups of thick cream.
12 - 1 spoon Dijon mustard punch.
13 - 1 can (12 oz) creamy milk.
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, to sprinkle.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Shred all the cheeses. Divide into two portions.
03 - Boil noodles in salty water till chewy. Drain well.
04 - Combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in one bowl.
05 - Heat butter in a pan. Toss in half the spice mix.
06 - Mix in flour and stir for 2 minutes until bubbly.
07 - Pour in creamy milk a little at a time, stirring constantly. Once it bubbles, add cream, the rest of the spices, plus mustard. Mix till it thickens.
08 - Toss in half the cheese slowly and stir until it melts.
09 - Stir the pasta into the cheese sauce till it's all coated.
10 - Spread half the pasta mixture into a 9x13 pan. Add a layer of cheese. Then pour in the rest of the pasta. Top it all with the rest of the cheese.
11 - Cook for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes to brown the top.
12 - Scatter parsley on top and serve.
