Cheesy Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups elbow macaroni.
02 - 1 lb and a half of ground beef (lean).
03 - 2 beaten eggs.
04 - 30 Ritz-style crackers, crushed into crumbs.
05 - 2 ounces of dry onion soup mix.
06 - 1 tablespoon each of onion and garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
08 - A teaspoon of pepper.
09 - 1 cup ketchup.
10 - 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (Hickory & Brown Sugar).
11 - 10.5 ounces of condensed cheddar cheese soup.
12 - 2 cups of milk.
13 - 4 cups mozzarella and cheddar shredded cheese mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. In a bowl, stir together barbecue sauce with ketchup.
02 - In a big bowl, toss the ground beef, crackers, soup mix, eggs, and only half of the sauce blend together.
03 - Flatten the meat mix into a greased rectangular baking pan (9x13) and slather the top with the rest of the sauce.
04 - Pop the loaf into the oven and cook it for half an hour.
05 - Follow your macaroni package instructions and get the pasta cooked on the stovetop.
06 - Mix your cheese soup with milk until smooth and creamy, then toss in all spices.
07 - Mix the pasta with two cups of the cheesy milk sauce.
08 - Take the cooked meatloaf out of the oven and pour the macaroni mixture all over.
09 - Scatter the rest of the shredded cheese right on top.
10 - Put the pan back in and cook for another 17 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
11 - Wait a few minutes before cutting and serving.
