Cheesy Ravioli Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Saucy Meat Layer

01 - 1 pound of lean ground beef, freshly prepared
02 - 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons of Italian herb mix
04 - 1 teaspoon of freshly minced garlic
05 - 24 ounces of marinara sauce, any variety you love

→ Rich Cheese Blend

06 - 24 ounces of frozen ravioli filled with cheese
07 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
08 - 1/4 cup of fresh sour cream
09 - 3/4 cup of smooth ricotta cheese
10 - 1/2 cup of parmesan, freshly grated
11 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat about a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and cook until browned, then drain away the extra grease. Stir in the garlic and cook briefly until you smell its aroma. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning with a pinch of salt, give it a stir, and pour in the marinara sauce. Mix until smooth and combined.
02 - Set your oven to preheat at 350°F. While it heats, grab a 9x13-inch pan and coat it with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ricotta, sour cream, and cream cheese until it becomes creamy. Toss the frozen ravioli into the mixture until they’re all coated in this cheesy goodness.
03 - Layer the ravioli coated with cheese evenly in the greased dish. Spread the prepared meat sauce on top, then sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and let it bake an extra 10 minutes to let the cheese melt and bubble to golden perfection.
