Strawberry Cheesecake Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One roll of pre-made cookie dough (8 pieces).
02 - 115g cream cheese, softened.
03 - 30g powdered sugar for filling.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
05 - 60g strawberry jam.
06 - Oil for frying.
07 - Optional: extra powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop into a piping bag.
02 - Flatten each cookie dough piece. Spoon jam in the center, then pipe the cream cheese mixture around the jam.
03 - Fold the dough over into a half-moon and press the edges tightly to seal them shut.
04 - Heat oil to 175°C and fry each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Drain the fried donuts on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar if you'd like.
