Cheesecake chocolate cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two softened unsalted sticks of butter (1 cup).
02 - One cup of granulated sugar.
03 - One cup packed brown sugar.
04 - Two large eggs.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - Three cups of all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
09 - Two cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 225g softened cream cheese.
11 - A quarter cup of sugar for the topping.
12 - One teaspoon vanilla extract for the topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
02 - Cream the butter with both sugars and vanilla, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
03 - Combine the dry ingredients, mix them into the wet ingredients, then stir in the chocolate chips.
04 - Shape dough into balls, flatten them, place some filling inside, and seal the edges with another dough ball.
05 - Bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.

# Notes:

01 - Let them sit on the baking tray for 5 minutes before moving.
02 - Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
