01 - 1 pound breakfast sausage links or ground
02 - 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
03 - Two cups of shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 3 cups of frozen hash brown shreds
05 - 1 packet of sausage gravy mix (about 2.75 ounces)
06 - 2 cups of milk, any kind
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - A pinch of salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray.
02 - Cook sausage in a pan on medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain the fat once done.
03 - In the baking dish, spread frozen hash browns evenly. Add the cooked sausage over the top.
04 - Use a mixing bowl to stir the gravy packet and milk until smooth. Pour it over the sausage layer.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the top.
06 - Cut the biscuits into four pieces each and scatter them across the top.
07 - Place the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits look golden and fully baked.
08 - Allow the dish to rest for a good 5 minutes before serving.
