Cheese Filled Onion Crunch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups of cold mashed potatoes

→ Cheese

02 - ½ cup Parmesan, grated finely
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

→ Coating

04 - 1 beaten egg
05 - Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
06 - Spray oil or olive oil

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper to your preference
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the cheese, mashed potatoes, and spices.
02 - Roll into balls about 1.5 inches wide. If they're sticky, chill them a little first.
03 - Cover each ball by dipping it in egg and rolling it in the breadcrumbs.
04 - Cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking them halfway until they're golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Chilled potatoes work the best for this.
02 - Any cheese blend can be used.
03 - If cooking in multiple rounds, you can keep them warm at 200°F.
