Cheese Dip Pepper Jelly (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened cream cheese, 8 ounces.
02 - Shredded sharp cheddar, 4 ounces.
03 - Salt, 1/2 teaspoon.
04 - Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
05 - Onion flakes, 1 teaspoon.
06 - Pepper jelly, 7 ounces.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 350°F.
02 - Mix cheddar with cream cheese. Toss in seasonings. Spread it into your baking pan.
03 - Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
04 - Microwave jelly, stirring every 30 seconds, until it’s smooth and melted.
05 - Drizzle hot jelly over baked cheese. Smooth it out evenly.
06 - Heat it at 325°F for about 12 minutes. Finish with warm jelly just like before.

# Notes:

01 - Use about 1 cup of jelly, more or less if you like. Best served warm. Try with crackers or bread. Any spicy level works fine.
