Veggie Cheddar Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli.
02 - 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots.
03 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt.
04 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of dried dill.
07 - 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder.
08 - A pinch of both salt and pepper.
09 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
10 - 2 tablespoons sliced green onions.
11 - 2 large soft flour tortillas (burrito size).

# Instructions:

01 - Let cream cheese soften to room temp. Chop veggies finely. Heat up tortillas briefly.
02 - Blend cream cheese, yogurt, and spices together. Mix in veggies and cheese. Stir everything until smooth.
03 - Spread the mixture on each tortilla. Roll tightly from one end. Add toothpicks to hold them. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes.
04 - Pull out toothpicks. Cut tortillas into bite-sized wheels for serving.
