Cheddar Spinach Turkey Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices of crusty sourdough or similar bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons of creamy honey mustard.
03 - 2 slices of sharp white cheddar.
04 - 4 slices of turkey from the deli.
05 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced.
06 - ½ cup of baby spinach, fresh and clean.
07 - 4 crispy bacon strips.
08 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Separate the honey mustard, turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheese into portions for two sandwiches.
02 - Take the bread and spread honey mustard. Layer with cheese, turkey, the tomato slices, spinach, and bacon. Complete each by adding another slice of bread spread with mustard and cheese.
03 - Spread a thin layer of butter onto the outside of each slice of bread.
04 - Put sandwiches on a skillet set to medium heat. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts perfectly.

01 - Fresh cheese slices melt the best.
02 - You can switch it up to be dairy-free.
03 - Tastes amazing paired with a warm soup.
