Iced Chai Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 2 black tea bags (Darjeeling or Assam)
02 - 2 cups of water

→ Spices

03 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
05 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves

→ Others

07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
08 - 1 cup of milk (can be plant-based or regular)
09 - Ice cubes
10 - 2 tablespoons of honey

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the water with the tea and spices mixed in. Let it simmer gently for 5 minutes so the flavors blend together.
02 - Turn off the heat and add honey and vanilla extract. Stir until the honey fully dissolves. If you're using a vanilla pod, take it out now along with the tea bags.
03 - Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. If you're in a rush, just set it in an ice bath to chill faster.
04 - Use a milk frother to froth your milk, or seal it in a jar and shake hard. A whisk works too if you'd rather warm it slightly first.
05 - Fill up a glass with ice, pour in the cooled tea until it's two-thirds full, and top it off with the frothed milk. Add the vanilla extract here if you skipped the bean earlier.

# Notes:

01 - You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Feel free to play around with spice levels to suit your taste buds.
