Set your oven to heat up to 180°C (or thermostat 6).

Place your puff pastry in a tart pan (28 cm). Use a fork to poke holes all over it.

Finely chop the parsley and shallots. Clean, peel, and grate the carrots.

Whisk together the eggs and cream in a large bowl. Mix in the cumin (if you'd like), grated carrots, flaked tuna, chopped shallots, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the mixture into the tart crust and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Pop it into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.

Serve it warm with a nice salad on the side.
