Fresh crunchy veggie salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ginger Dressing

01 - Olive oil - 60 ml
02 - Fresh ginger, grated - 15 ml
03 - Lemon juice - 60 ml
04 - Honey - 15 ml
05 - Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
06 - Garlic - 1 clove, minced
07 - Salt - 3.75 ml
08 - Pepper - adjust to your liking

→ Salad

09 - Shredded carrots - 5 large
10 - Red apple - 1, julienned
11 - Canned lentils - 540 ml, drained and rinsed
12 - Chopped parsley - 20 g
13 - Walnuts - 30 g

# Instructions:

01 - Mix every ingredient for the ginger dressing in a small bowl.
02 - In a serving bowl, toss all your salad ingredients together with the ginger dressing.
