# Ingredients:

01 - 500 g of beef (sirloin or tenderloin), thinly sliced.
02 - 3 large onions, sliced thin.
03 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
04 - 2 tablespoons of runny honey.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up the beef thinly, mince the garlic, and cut the onions into thin pieces.
02 - Stir soy sauce and honey together in a bowl until it's smooth and mixed well.
03 - Heat the oil in a big skillet. Toss in the sliced onions and cook them until they're soft and caramelized.
04 - Add the minced garlic and sliced beef to the skillet. Cook over high heat, stirring often, until the meat is browned.
05 - Pour in the honey-soy mix, season with pepper, and let it cook a few minutes until caramelized. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if you'd like.
