S'mores Caramel Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
02 - 3 chocolate bars, broken into pieces
03 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
04 - 1 cup salted butter
05 - 10 graham crackers, full-size

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. Lay graham crackers side by side to fit, snapping them if they need adjusting.
03 - Melt the butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Keep stirring until the butter is fully combined. Let it bubble for about 3-4 minutes until it turns thick and caramel-like.
04 - Spread the caramel evenly over the graham crackers, then bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
05 - Take the pan out of the oven. Add pieces of chocolate across the top, and sprinkle marshmallows evenly over everything.
06 - Turn on the broiler setting in your oven. Put the pan back inside and broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Keep a close watch so they don't burn.
07 - Let everything cool down until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy.
