Sweet Caramel Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of boneless chicken thighs
02 - 2 cloves of garlic
03 - 1 small chunk of ginger
04 - 70 ml of soy sauce
05 - 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar
06 - 200 ml of water

# Instructions:

01 - Peel both the garlic and ginger, then mince them. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Pour sugar into a skillet and melt it until it caramelizes. Once done, toss in the garlic and ginger.
03 - Place the chicken slices into the pan along with the soy sauce. Stir it all together well.
04 - Pour in the water. Let it cook until the sauce thickens up and coats the chicken pieces nicely.
05 - Serve the caramelized chicken right away while it’s hot.
