Apple caramel tiramisu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the tiramisu mixture

01 - 60g of sugar
02 - 3 eggs
03 - 250g of mascarpone

→ For the apples

04 - 2 to 3 apples
05 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
06 - 30g of butter

→ For assembling the dessert

07 - 200g of salted caramel
08 - One pack of ladyfinger biscuits
09 - 200ml of milk
10 - Ground cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the apples into small cubes. Cook them in a pan with butter and sugar until they turn golden brown. Set them aside for later.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir the salted caramel into warm milk until you get a syrup consistency.
03 - Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mix turns pale. Add mascarpone and stir well. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy, then carefully fold them into the mixture.
04 - In small glasses, layer the ingredients like this: syrup-soaked biscuits, caramelized apples, and mascarpone cream. Finish it off with a layer of cream on top.

02 - Can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days
