# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bell pepper, diced.
02 - 450 g (1 lb) of ground chicken.
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 small onion, chopped into small pieces.
05 - A single can (230 g) of tomato sauce.
06 - 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 60 ml of ketchup.
08 - 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
09 - 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning.
10 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
11 - 4 hamburger buns.
12 - 1 tbsp of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a big skillet. Toss in the onion and bell pepper, cooking them gently for 3-4 minutes until they’re soft. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
02 - Throw in the ground chicken and stir it around. Keep cooking for 5-7 minutes until there’s no pink left in the meat.
03 - Mix in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Cajun spices, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes so all the flavors come together.
04 - Toast the hamburger buns until they’re lightly crisped and golden brown.
05 - Layer the bottoms of the buns with the chicken mixture. Pile on extra toppings if you want (like pickles, shredded cheese, or coleslaw) before adding the bun tops.
