Cafeteria pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g pizza dough.
02 - Olive oil.
03 - Cornmeal or fine semolina flour.
04 - 230g tomato sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - Black pepper.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
11 - 450g cooked sausage.
12 - 230g shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm it up to 220°C. Oil up the tray and dust with cornmeal.
02 - Spread the dough evenly across the tray. Brush with oil and poke some holes in it.
03 - Bake it for 5–7 minutes. If bubbles pop up, just poke them.
04 - Combine tomato sauce, paste, and all the spices. Tweak the flavor if needed.
05 - Spread your sauce, toss on the toppings, and sprinkle the cheese.
06 - Bake another 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is all gooey and melted.

# Notes:

01 - A 25x38 cm sheet works perfectly.
02 - Keep the dough even to ensure good cooking.
