Warm it up to 220°C. Oil up the tray and dust with cornmeal.

Spread the dough evenly across the tray. Brush with oil and poke some holes in it.

Bake it for 5–7 minutes. If bubbles pop up, just poke them.

Combine tomato sauce, paste, and all the spices. Tweak the flavor if needed.

Spread your sauce, toss on the toppings, and sprinkle the cheese.

Bake another 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is all gooey and melted.
