Tasty Beef Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 80% lean ground beef (1 pound)
02 - 1 whole fresh lime (zest and juice)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves
05 - 3 cups shredded red cabbage
06 - 8 corn or flour tortillas
07 - Avocado slices for topping
08 - Sour cream for garnish
09 - Pickled jalapenos for garnish
10 - A pinch of salt to season
11 - Extra lime slices on the side

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, stir together ground beef, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Put a skillet on high heat, add the beef mixture, and cook for around 7 minutes, stirring every so often until brown.
03 - Toss in shredded cabbage, add a bit of salt, and let it cook for 2-4 minutes until tender.
04 - Quickly heat tortillas on a hot pan to warm them up.
05 - Scoop beef and cabbage mix into tortillas, then top with avocado, sour cream, and jalapenos.
