Soy Butter Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggie Mix

01 - 1 large onion, sliced
02 - 2 medium zucchinis, chopped
03 - 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

→ Flavors & Extras

04 - 2 tablespoons sesame or canola oil
05 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon of butter
07 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper
08 - Optional sesame seeds for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up the onion into thin strips. Chop the zucchinis into sticks about ½ inch thick.
02 - In a hot pan with oil, toss in the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften. Add the zucchini next.
03 - Stir in the garlic and soy sauce, cooking everything for 5-7 minutes until the veggies soften slightly. Add butter and mix until melted.
04 - Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over some sesame seeds if you'd like. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best right after cooking when the veggies are still fresh and firm.
