# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for decor.
05 - Lemon slices for serving.
06 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1/2 lb sea scallops, dried on paper towels.
09 - Salt and black pepper as needed.
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
11 - 2 lobster tails, cleaned.
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Use scissors to cut the shell lengthwise. Gently lift the meat, leaving the bottom intact, and let it sit on top.
02 - Stir together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread this all over the lobster meat.
03 - Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is no longer clear. Brush with the garlic sauce halfway through cooking.
04 - Warm olive oil in a skillet, season scallops, and cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Take out of the pan.
