Creamy Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds Yukon gold or russet potatoes.
02 - 4 tablespoons butter (salted), plus extra for topping.
03 - 1 1/2 cups of rich heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the skin and chop into large chunks. Rinse well under tap water.
