Buttery Cinnamon Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
02 - 1 cup softened butter.
03 - 2 cups plain flour.
04 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
05 - ¼ teaspoon of salt.
06 - 4 ounces of pecans, finely chopped.
07 - ¾ cup of powdered sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven heated up to 375°F. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar for coating, and put it aside.
02 - Cream the butter with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in the flour, salt, and pecans until the mixture forms a dough.
03 - Roll about 1½ tablespoons of dough into small balls, and space them an inch apart on your baking tray.
04 - Let them bake for 9-12 minutes. Afterward, cool them directly on the tray for 5 minutes.
05 - While still warm, coat each cookie generously in the cinnamon sugar mixture till covered.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out pecans with walnuts if you like.
02 - Works great for freezing.
03 - Stays fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature.
