Butterfinger Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter (avoid natural types).
03 - 4 tablespoons room-temperature butter.
04 - 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup confectioners’ sugar.
07 - Extra sprinkles or crushed Butterfingers for topping.
08 - 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend butter and peanut butter until it’s creamy. Mix in vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar a little at a time. Fold in the graham crumbs and the crushed Butterfingers.
02 - Scoop out about 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the mixture, then roll it into smooth spheres. Set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and freeze for 30 minutes.
03 - Heat chocolate in a microwave at half power in 30-second bursts, stirring between. Dip frozen balls into melted chocolate, sprinkle on toppings, and wait until everything hardens completely.

02 - Chocolate chips or bark can be used.
03 - Freezing makes dipping easier.
04 - Keep up to one week in the fridge.
05 - A great option to make ahead of time.
06 - Ideal for celebrations or gatherings.
