Tilapia Lemon Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tilapia fillets (about 170 g each).
02 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for the sauce).
05 - 120 g salted butter.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for the fish).

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
02 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Cook each side of the fish for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Keep them warm while preparing the rest.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir the butter until melted, then mix in the lemon juice and garlic powder. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until it thickens a bit.
04 - Pour some of the sauce onto the plate, lay the fish on top, and drizzle the rest of the sauce over it. Serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - This quick dish highlights the tenderness of tilapia in a light, buttery lemon sauce.
