Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.

Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Cook each side of the fish for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Keep them warm while preparing the rest.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir the butter until melted, then mix in the lemon juice and garlic powder. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until it thickens a bit.

Pour some of the sauce onto the plate, lay the fish on top, and drizzle the rest of the sauce over it. Serve right away.
