Butter Lemon Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp.
02 - 3/4 cup of dry white wine or chicken broth.
03 - 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
06 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
07 - 3/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs.
08 - 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
09 - 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Grab a baking dish and set it aside until needed.
02 - Combine half the melted butter with the white wine in a mixing bowl. Pour into the dish and bake it for 10 minutes.
03 - Mix the remaining butter with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir the shrimp in until they're well coated.
04 - Take the dish out of the oven. Arrange the seasoned shrimp evenly over the sauce.
05 - Combine the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture across the shrimp.
06 - Pop the dish back in the oven for 12 minutes. For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes if you want.
