Butter Chocolate Cookie Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 3/4 cups plain flour

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 2 tablespoons milk
05 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
07 - 1 egg, large
08 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
09 - 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Topping

11 - 24 mini peanut butter cups, wrappers removed

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Get your mini muffin tray ready.
02 - Beat together both sugars, butter, and peanut butter. Stir in milk, egg, and vanilla. Gradually mix in dry stuff.
03 - Spoon dough into mini muffin pan. Bake for about 10-12 minutes till edges are slightly brown.
04 - While cookies are warm, pop a mini peanut butter cup into each. Leave in the pan 10 minutes to cool a little.
