Cook garlic and tomatoes slowly in olive oil on low heat for half an hour. Stir in basil leaves and keep going for another 15 minutes. Let it cool, then season with salt.

Allow the dough to rise and double in size. Split it in two parts and shape each into a 10-inch circle.

Spread a little jam oil over the dough. Bake for 6 minutes at 500°F on a pizza stone.

Spoon the tomato jam over the pizza, leaving about an inch uncovered at the edge. Bake for another 6 minutes.

Top with burrata chunks and chopped basil. Serve right away.
