Bunny Poke Cake Fun (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (3 oz) vanilla pudding mix, instant
02 - 1 box white cake mix and its required ingredients
03 - 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
04 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1.75 cups milk
06 - 1 container whipped topping for frosting
07 - 1 cup whipped topping
08 - Pastel sprinkles to decorate
09 - Food coloring (blue, yellow, pink)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
02 - Follow the directions on the box to make your cake batter.
03 - Divide the batter into three separate bowls. Add a different color of food dye to each one and mix well.
04 - Pour the different colored batters one at a time into the pan. Bake it for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely.
05 - Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all across the top of the cake. In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Pour the prepared pudding all over the cake so it soaks into the holes.
06 - Spread the melted white chocolate on the cake surface. Cover it with whipped topping and sprinkle with pastel decorations.
07 - Let the cake chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping out vanilla pudding for coconut or lemon if you'd like a flavor twist.
02 - Leaving it in the fridge overnight makes it taste even better and improves the texture!
