Slice the chicken into even pieces so they’ll cook equally.

Heat up the olive oil in a pan, and brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Turn the heat down to medium-low, toss in the garlic, and sauté it for 30 seconds. Then, stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until the sauce gets nice and thick, and the chicken is fully done.

Season it with salt and pepper, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top, and serve.
