Garlic Glazed Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced.
03 - 100g of brown sugar.
04 - 60ml of soy sauce.
05 - 30ml of apple cider vinegar.
06 - 15ml of olive oil.
07 - 5ml of Worcestershire sauce.
08 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
09 - Chopped green onions (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken into even pieces so they’ll cook equally.
02 - Heat up the olive oil in a pan, and brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
03 - Turn the heat down to medium-low, toss in the garlic, and sauté it for 30 seconds. Then, stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
04 - Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until the sauce gets nice and thick, and the chicken is fully done.
05 - Season it with salt and pepper, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top, and serve.

# Notes:

01 - The sauce should be thick enough to coat the chicken nicely.
02 - Goes great with white rice or Asian-style noodles.
