Cranberry Brie Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole cranberry sauce, unsweetened or sweetened.
02 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
03 - 1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten.
04 - 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted.
05 - 8 ounces of brie, whole wheel.
06 - 1 tablespoon water, room temperature.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and get the thawed puff pastry ready by following the package instructions.
02 - Want decorations? Use scraps of pastry to make fun shapes and stick them on the top. Fold the pastry over the cheese and press edges to seal.
03 - Put the brie wheel in the center of your pastry sheet, then add pecans and cranberry sauce on top.
04 - Mix the water with the egg yolk and brush it all over the folded pastry so it turns golden in the oven.
05 - Slide it into the oven and bake for around 18-20 minutes till it’s crisp and golden brown.

01 - Best enjoyed straight out of the oven while warm.
02 - Pairs well with fresh fruit or crackers.
