Blueberry Cheesecake Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/4 cup sugar
02 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
03 - 1/4 cup butter, melted

→ Filling

04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 24 oz cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 4 eggs

→ Blueberry Topping

08 - 2 tsp cornstarch
09 - 1/4 cup sugar
10 - 2 cups fresh blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 325°F and let it heat up.
02 - Combine the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press it tightly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
03 - In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing as you go.
04 - Mix the blueberries, cornstarch, and sugar in a small pot. Heat on medium while stirring until it turns thick.
05 - Pour the cream cheese mix onto the crust in the pan. Take spoonfuls of the blueberry mix and drop them on top, then use a knife to swirl it lightly.
06 - Pop the pan in the oven for 60-70 minutes until the center is mostly set. Let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan to serve.
