Blueberry Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dairy Products

01 - A couple of cups of cottage cheese
02 - 1 whole egg

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - Quarter cup of sugar
04 - Half a teaspoon of baking soda
05 - Half a cup of all-purpose flour
06 - A pinch (1/4 tsp) of salt

→ Fruits and Flavorings

07 - The zest from one lemon
08 - 1 cup of fresh blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease either a pie plate or an 8x8 inch baking dish.
02 - Stir together the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and lemon zest till you get a smooth mixture.
03 - Carefully fold in the flour, salt, and baking soda. Don’t over-mix it!
04 - Gently mix the blueberries into the batter without squishing them.
05 - Pour the batter into your greased dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes.

01 - The cake is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
02 - Tastes great warm or chilled.
