Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 60ml chopped dill pickles
02 - 125ml mayo
03 - 45ml tomato ketchup
04 - 15ml yellow mustard
05 - 2g smoked paprika

→ Filling

06 - 450g minced beef
07 - A pinch of salt
08 - A pinch of ground black pepper
09 - A sprinkle of garlic powder, as preferred
10 - 4 flour tortillas, taco-sized
11 - Half a yellow onion, diced (divided)
12 - 50g cheddar, grated
13 - 50g dill pickle slices
14 - 50g iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayo, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Stir well and chill it while prepping the rest.
02 - On medium-high heat, warm up a skillet. Toss in the beef and half of the onion. Cook, stirring, until the meat's no longer pink and the onions soften—around 7 to 8 minutes. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste. Drain any extra grease, if needed.
03 - Spread out the tortillas on your counter. Top each with some shredded lettuce, beef, the rest of the onion, sliced pickles, and grated cheddar.
04 - Pour some of the chilled sauce onto each tortilla. Fold them snugly, pulling in the sides as you go for a nice wrap. Serve right away and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Swap the beef for tofu or plant-based substitutes if you'd like a vegetarian version.
