Beef stir-fry noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g of Chinese-style noodles.
02 - 300 g of thinly sliced beef.
03 - One fresh zucchini.
04 - One large carrot.
05 - A red bell pepper.
06 - 100 g of mushrooms.
07 - Two garlic cloves.
08 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
10 - 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
11 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
12 - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
13 - Fresh cilantro for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the noodle package to cook them.
02 - Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
03 - Stir-fry the beef strips on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Sauté the garlic, then toss in the vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
05 - Mix the noodles, veggies, beef, and sauce in the pan. Heat for another 2-3 minutes.

01 - Quick cooking keeps the meat nice and tender.
02 - The vegetables should still have a bit of crunch.
