Creamy Beef Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef, lean.
02 - 8 oz pasta shells, medium size.
03 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
04 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon oil (olive preferred).
06 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
07 - 14 oz canned tomato sauce.
08 - ½ onion, diced.
09 - ¼ cup heavy whipping cream.
10 - ⅓ cup broth (beef).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook shells till they're just firm to bite. Drain the water and put them aside.
02 - Heat oil, cook onions for 5 minutes. Toss in beef, brown it while breaking apart. Drain grease, then stir in garlic and chili powder.
03 - Add broth and tomato sauce. Cook gently for a few minutes. Pour in cream, then season with salt and pepper as needed.
04 - Toss the pasta gently into the sauce. Dish up while hot.
