Beef and Potatoes Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
02 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.
03 - 1 yellow onion, finely chopped.
04 - 1 pound of small-diced potatoes.
05 - 1 diced red bell pepper.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
07 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika.
09 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
11 - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
12 - 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce.
13 - ΒΌ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
14 - Sliced green onions for garnish.
15 - Sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving.
16 - Shredded cheddar cheese for serving.
17 - Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
18 - Extra hot sauce on the side.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a big pan. Toss in diced potatoes. Let them brown lightly for 6 minutes.
02 - Add the ground beef, onion, and red bell pepper. Break apart the beef while it cooks. Stir in the spices and sauces. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes till the meat is fully browned.
03 - Sprinkle green onions on top. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve while hot with your favorite toppings.
