Beef and Potato Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams of ground beef (85% lean).
02 - 4 medium potatoes, diced.
03 - 1 onion, chopped up.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 cup beef broth.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oil in a big skillet. Stir the potatoes around and cook them for about 6 minutes, or until they start turning golden.
02 - Slide the potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add the ground beef and break it into chunks. Season it and cook until it's nearly browned.
03 - Combine the beef with the potatoes. Throw in the garlic and onion. Let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
04 - Pour in the beef broth, put a lid on the skillet, and simmer for 5 minutes. Check if the potatoes are tender.

01 - You can swap in other veggies if you'd like.
02 - Ground turkey works well instead of beef.
