Beef and Potato Stir-Fry

# Ingredients:

450 grams of ground beef (85% lean).

4 medium potatoes, diced.

1 onion, chopped up.

2 garlic cloves, finely minced.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 teaspoon salt.

1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

1/4 cup beef broth.
# Instructions:

Heat the oil in a big skillet. Stir the potatoes around and cook them for about 6 minutes, or until they start turning golden.

Slide the potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add the ground beef and break it into chunks. Season it and cook until it's nearly browned.

Combine the beef with the potatoes. Throw in the garlic and onion. Let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth, put a lid on the skillet, and simmer for 5 minutes. Check if the potatoes are tender.

Ground turkey works well instead of beef.
