Hearty and Tasty Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - Thinly sliced beef for hot pot - 605 g
02 - Steak seasoning mix - 1 tbsp (15 ml)

→ Vegetables

03 - White mushrooms - 227 g
04 - One yellow bell pepper
05 - One red bell pepper
06 - Four green onions

→ Sauces and Seasonings

07 - Olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
08 - Beef broth - 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)
09 - Cream cheese - 1/2 pack (125 g)
10 - Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp (5 ml)
11 - All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

→ Finishing Touch

12 - Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat half of the oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Cook a few slices of beef at a time for about 30 seconds on each side. Set aside on a plate.
02 - Using the same pan, warm the rest of the oil over medium heat. Cook the mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes.
03 - Toss in the bell peppers and green onions. Keep cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes. Set these aside with the beef.
04 - In the pan, combine the beef broth, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, flour, and steak seasoning. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
05 - Return the beef and cooked vegetables to the pan. Mix everything together.
06 - Switch your oven to the broil setting. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, until it’s bubbly and golden.
