Heat half of the oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Cook a few slices of beef at a time for about 30 seconds on each side. Set aside on a plate.

Using the same pan, warm the rest of the oil over medium heat. Cook the mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes.

Toss in the bell peppers and green onions. Keep cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes. Set these aside with the beef.

In the pan, combine the beef broth, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, flour, and steak seasoning. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

Return the beef and cooked vegetables to the pan. Mix everything together.

Switch your oven to the broil setting. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, until it’s bubbly and golden.
